Shipping and Handling

Please note that small additional delays may occur due to the current COVID-19 situation. But don't worry, we always do our best to deliver your orders ASAP.

Shipping is free at this moment.

Don't worry, we have several warehouses located at different places. Sometimes, we ship the items from different warehouses so you can receive them faster. So it's possible that you receive you order in more than one package.

Usually the packages are delivered in the mailbox. Though, if the packages are too big, they will be hand-delivered. If you are not present, you will have to pick your parcel at the nearest post office.

Cancellations, Modifications and Returns

Contact us as soon as possible. After 12h, it's usually too late to modify your order.
